By using WinTheP2P ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

WinTheP2P is an AI-powered tool that generates peer-to-peer (P2P) insurance review call preparation scripts for physicians and healthcare professionals. The Service also provides free reference tools including denial code lookups, prior authorization requirement checks, and educational resources.

Medical Disclaimer

WinTheP2P does not provide medical advice. Generated scripts are preparation aids only. The content is generated by AI and should be reviewed by the physician before use. WinTheP2P is not responsible for the outcome of any P2P call, prior authorization decision, or clinical determination. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating physician.

No PHI Policy

Users must never enter Protected Health Information (PHI) into the tool. This includes patient names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, or any other patient-identifying information. WinTheP2P is designed to work with clinical scenarios only. Violation of this policy may result in account termination.

Accounts and Billing

• Free tier: 3 scripts per month, no account required.
• Credit packs: One-time purchase, credits never expire.
• Pro subscription: $49/month, unlimited scripts, cancel anytime.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing, contact us for details.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Enter any patient-identifying information into the tool.
• Use generated scripts for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual Property

Scripts generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal and professional use. You may share scripts with colleagues. WinTheP2P retains no ownership over your generated content. The WinTheP2P brand, design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

WinTheP2P is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to denied authorizations, adverse clinical outcomes, or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@winthep2p.com.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
